Daniel Horwitz, an associate, joined Ashersons in January 2020 and was admitted as an attorney in February 2022.
Daniel matriculated from Herzlia High School in 2013, whereafter he spent a year studying a theatre major at the Waterfront Theatre School. In 2015, Daniel commenced his studies at the University of Cape Town, graduating with a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Politics and Law in 2017, and in 2019 he received his Bachelor of Law degree.
Daniel has experience in both civil and commercial litigation as well as drafting commercial and non-commercial contracts. Daniel has a keen interest in the field of Dispute Resolution, Insolvency Law and Commercial Law.
Daniel is a result orientated and meticulous individual who is passionate about the law and the future of law in South Africa and abroad.
