Kiera Maher

Kiera Maher, a candidate attorney, joined Ashersons in January 2023.

She matriculated from Rustenburg Girls’ High School in 2016 where she played first team hockey and water polo.

She studied a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Law and Politics at the University of Cape Town from 2017-2019 and thereafter a postgraduate LLB.

She went on to do her LLM in International Law through an exchange program at Stockholm University after which she joined Ashersons Attorneys to pursue her articles of clerkship.

Kiera is an enthusiastic and driven individual whose legal interests lie in the fields of commercial law, family law and civil litigation. Through completing her master’s degree, she has also developed a passion for trade law.
