Ben Koen, an associate, joined Ashersons in August 2021 and was admitted as an attorney in September 2023.
Ben studied a BA LLB at the University of Cape Town majoring in History and Law. He then graduated with his BA degree in 2018 and thereafter he graduated with his LLB degree in 2021.
Ben has experience in insolvency matters and evictions. He also has experience in drafting commercial contracts and general contentious litigation. He also has a keen interest in anti-doping and anti-corruption laws in the context of sports law.
Ben unfortunately left Ashersons in June 2024 to pursue other ventures.
