Kate Elliott (née Bosman), an associate, joined Ashersons in 2012, and was admitted as an attorney in February 2014.

She graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in History in 2009, and in 2011 she graduated with her Bachelor of Laws degree.

Kate has experience in family law, criminal law, labour law, franchising law, commercial litigation, contractual drafting and legal research.

Kate has recently expanded her practice and is now an accredited mediator and on the Mediation in Motion Panel (MiM).
