Andrew Goldschmidt, a recently appointed Partner at Ashersons, has been with the firm since 2007. Kate Elliott (née Bosman), an Associate, joined Ashersons in 2012 and was admitted as an attorney in February 2014. Kate has experience in family law, criminal law, franchising law, and commercial litigation. She also has experience in contractual drafting and an in depth knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act.
Mame Amoateng, an Associate, joined Ashersons in January 2014 and was admitted as an attorney in February 2016. Mame holds a Master of Laws Degree from the Pennsylvania State University and has in depth knowledge of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the UNCITRAL Model Laws on International Commercial Arbitration.
Jaryd Kay, an Associate, joined Ashersons in January 2016 and was admitted as an attorney in March 2018. Jaryd has experience in labour law, consumer protection and also has experience in drafting commercial and non-commercial contracts.
